adamplumondore_1.jpgToday marks the one-year anniversary of the death of Sgt. Adam Plumondore, U.S.A. I, like most here in the blogosphere who know of him and his valor, never had the honor of meeting him. But I know his name, and his spirit, and I mourn his loss as well as the loss of all the other American soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines who went to “The Sandbox” to fight for the freedom that I too-often take for granted. I know Adam through the work of Kim Du Toit and The Nation of Riflemen. A toast at my table tonight for Adam and all of his fallen comrades.
